Provides general public transportation for Lincoln County. Transportation services are provided primarily on-call with regular service on three routes.

Lincoln County. Transportation is provided to the towns of:
- West Hamlin
- Hamlin
- Harts
- Chapmanville and other rural areas
Weekday service is planned for Southridge Shopping Center (Kanawha County) and the Barboursville Mall (Cabell County).
